- How do you set up a POS system?

Setting up a POS system can feel like a daunting task, which is why we equip our new customers with in-depth (but user-friendly!) instructions to help you through. Plus, we assign each customer an implementation specialist who makes sure you get set up the way you need.
The setup process can be reduced to three simple steps:Step 1 - Get your hardware in place and set up using the instructions we provide (call your implementation agent if you need to).
Step 2 - Follow the on screen instructions from the setup wizard to connect your terminal to the internet, connect any accessories, and adding in key company information.
Step 3 - Start putting in place the building blocks for your business, like adding staff users and giving them appropriate access permissions for their role, adding products, stock, customer profiles etc.
