- How do payouts and fees work?

All transactions are collected at the day's end and processed to your bank account after two days.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges for authorisation or PCI-compliance fees with Epos Now Payments. And we’ve simplified payment processing with two clear fixed rates that keep everything straightforward.
Charges per transaction:
- Customer refunds = free
- Card payments for Visa and Mastercard = 1.70% flat rate.
- Opt-in to card payments for American Express (Amex), JCB, Diners Discover, and Union pay at another flat rate.

- What credit cards and banks are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay. Payments can be made via eWallets for the same rate, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
