Epos Now Online Questions and Answers

Question: Where should I go to edit my website?

Answer: You can edit your website by going to the Epos Now Online app in the app store. In the ‘My apps’ section, click ‘Setup’ for Epos Now Online, then select ‘Edit website’ in the top right.

Question: How can I change the template of my website?

Question: Can I transfer my existing website to the Epos Now Online app?

Answer: No, this is not possible. All sites will need to be set up from scratch.

Question: How come the changes I’ve made to my site aren’t appearing?

Answer: You must ensure that the changes have been published. When editing a website, you must choose to publish the site (if it’s a first time) or select the ‘republish’ button to push through the new changes.

Question: What is my website URL?

Answer: You can find your website URL when you go to publish your website for the first time. The confirmation screen will assign a default URL until you change it.

You can customise your site address by following the ‘change site address’ button, or you can find it when in the website editor under Settings > Site URL. You can also access by clicking the information () icon at the top of the editor after you have published your website.

Question: Can you set up my domain name for me?

Answer: No, this will not be possible. You will either need to purchase a new domain and update the settings to point to our platform, or if you have a domain already registered, you can get your domain pointed to us with the following settings.

Question: Can you configure my domain name settings for me?

Answer: If you use our default sub-domain (yoursite.eposnowsites.com), the name will all be set up automatically. If you have your own domain, this cannot be set up by us. The settings you need to update with your current domain provider are located here.
