3.5 Refunding a Transaction

How to refund a transaction

Select Category > Select Product/Menu Item > Press for required item. Or you can scan the barcode of the receipt of purchase.

Please set the product to minus the amount you are refunding, you can do this by clicking the “-” button.

Now the pay button turns to a refund button. You can add multiple products into the refund and you can do exchanges by adding paying products. 

Once you click the pay/refund button, this will allow for you to refund back to either card (depending on your card carrier) or cash.
