Setting up your cash drawer
Plugging in
Connect the RJ11 Cable on the back of the Cash Drawer to the black port on the back of your Receipt Printer.
Configuring your cash drawer with the till app
1. Log in to your Epos Now Till App on the C15 Android Terminal
2. Select the Menu at the top left-hand corner of the screen (indicated by three white horizontal lines) and select Settings
3. Within Settings select Peripherals - on the Cash Drawer drop-down select your preferred option.
4. Go back to the Till App and press ‘No Sale’ from the bottom right-hand Action button panel - this should open the Cash Drawer.
