See how Epos Now Capital can help your business with our quick answers.
- What is Epos Now Capital?
-
Epos Now Capital is designed especially for small and middle-sized enterprises. It’s funding based on your business’ card transactions and potential. It includes just one fixed cost agreed upfront, so you know exactly how much you will pay.
You won’t be charged interest, and if you wish to repay the loan early, you’re free to do so. The advance is paid for via an agreed percentage taken from your customer card transactions, both in physical stores and online. It happens automatically mirroring your cash flow – ideal for seasonal businesses.
Funding can be used for many business purposes including refurbishment, hiring staff, purchasing inventory, expanding premises, equipment upgrades – whatever your business needs.
- How do I repay my business financing?
-
Once your advance has been funded, the repayment process begins automatically. From this point on, whenever one of your customers pays you by using a card, a small percentage of that sale will go towards paying off your advance.
The flat percentage value is agreed upon before the point of funding and will stay the same regardless of the transaction value.
For example, if it’s 20%, it will be 20% of a $10 sale or a $1,000 sale. The repayment value flexes to the size of the transaction. This process will repeat until the advance is fully repaid.
- How much could I get?
-
Your offers will be based on your online and/or card terminal sales history.
The longer you've been trading and the higher your monthly revenue is, the better your offers will be. We offer up to two times your monthly revenue in funding.
As an example, if your business generates $10,000 worth of card sales each month on average, and you started your business 12 months ago, you could be eligible for $15,000 in funding with a fixed fee of $1,650 and repayment of 15% of your daily sales.

- How do I get a quote?
-
Epos Now Payments customers can review and apply for pre-qualified offers straight from the Epos Now Back Office. No fuss and no forms to fill!
All other Epos Now customers can use our simple application process where you will be asked to tell us more about your business and your online and/or card terminal sales. This usually takes 3 - 5 minutes and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions. You'll typically get your quote the same day.
Once you have been funded by us at least once, you can usually get quotes for additional funding and get the funds transferred the same day that you request it.
- How do I qualify?
-
There are some basic criteria we ask our customers to meet before they can become pre-qualified for a business cash advance:
- Your business needs to have been trading for 3 months or more
- Accept card payments from your customers via a card machine or e-comm gateway
- A minimum monthly card turnover of $1,500 per month
- How long does my financing take to repay?
-
A cash advance will typically take an average of 6 to 9 months to repay, but this may vary depending on the size of your advance and the frequency and value of card transactions being paid to your business.
- How will I know how much I have left to pay back?
-
For Epos Now Capital customers with a YouLend loan, you can simply log in to your YouLend account which shows you your full payment history and your outstanding balance.
And for Adyen Epos Now Capital loan users, we've made it easily accessible on our platform - you can review your outstanding balance in your Epos Now Back Office.
- What can I use the funds for?
-
You can use the funding for any business purpose! Most of our merchants use the funding to buy inventory, invest in advertising, carry out refurbishments, add a new location, or to manage a temporary disruption such as a lockdown.
