Epos Now vs Vend: Find POS that adapts to your business needs

Once you sign your contract, you'll be sent your system and any extras you may have purchased. A member of our onboarding team will then help you set up.

Getting started on Epos is so easy; you can do it in about 15 minutes! All you need to do is follow the instructions you receive with your POS system when it arrives. After that, our onboarding team will help you master our different features, functions, and third-party integrations.

The biggest difference in processing fees is the price! Epos Now is cheaper in that we only charge 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction, while Vend (through Lightspeed payments) charges 2.75% + $0.10 per transaction.

In terms of first-party options, Vend currently doesn't offer any payment terminals as all their systems are sourced through Lightspeed Retail. Epos Now currently offers two: the Countertop and Countertop Duo.
