What hardware does the Epos Now Caller ID use?

Caller ID is available for both landline and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and connects to your Epos Now terminal via a 2-foot USB cable.

The landline Caller ID unit connects to your landline or router using two 2-foot cables.

The VOIP Caller ID requires a single cable for your router.

How do I set up my Caller ID?

Setting up your Epos Now Caller ID is quick and easy! Simply plug in the device and choose whether to use a landline or VOIP. Then, enable the caller ID module in your Epos Now POS software. The caller ID will be displayed as soon as a call comes in.

How does the Caller ID work?

Epos Now Caller ID provides a friendlier, more attentive service by linking your phone to your POS system's customer database. When a returning customer calls, their account automatically appears on your POS system, displaying their name, address, and order history.
