Back office: Log into your Back Office, click "MANAGE," then "Stock Control," and select "Back Office Stock Take." Choose the staff member and location, then hit "START STOCK TAKE."

Front till: Tap the three lines in the top left corner, choose "Stock," then "Stocktake."

Performing a stock take: In either the Back Office or Front Till, click "CREATE LIST." Filter by suppliers, categories, or wet & dry. Set your filters and create the list. Enter the actual stock levels, set reasons, add notes if needed, and review. When done, click "COMPLETE STOCKTAKE" to update your stock levels. You've just nailed your inventory management.

Quick scan: Tick the "Quick Scan" box, scan your product barcodes, enter actual stock levels, set reasons, and complete the stocktake.

Reviewing stock takes: Go to "MANAGE," then "Stock Control," and "Stock Takes" in the Back Office. Filter by date and location to see your stocktake details.
